Debridge LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides this Limited Warranty ("Warranty") for all DEBRIDGE crypto hardware wallet products purchased from authorized distributors or directly from Debridge LLC. This Warranty represents our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, providing comprehensive coverage against manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions.
Important: This Limited Warranty is your exclusive warranty from Debridge LLC. Please read this document carefully and retain it for your records. Registration of your product may be required to activate certain warranty benefits.
1. Warranty Coverage
1.1 Hardware Components
This Warranty covers all hardware components of your DEBRIDGE crypto hardware wallet device, including but not limited to:
- Main processing unit and secure element chip
- Display screen and user interface components
- Physical buttons, switches, and navigation controls
- USB connectors and charging ports
- Battery and power management systems
- Protective casing and structural components
- Internal circuitry and electronic components
1.2 Manufacturing Defects
We warrant that your DEBRIDGE hardware wallet will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Manufacturing defects include but are not limited to:
- Component failures due to manufacturing errors
- Premature wear or degradation of materials
- Non-conformance to published specifications
- Quality control issues affecting functionality
- Assembly defects impacting performance

2.1 Warranty Period Commencement
The warranty period begins on the date of original retail purchase from an authorized distributor or directly from Debridge LLC. The purchase date is established by the dated sales receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase documentation. For online purchases, the warranty period begins on the delivery confirmation date.
2.2 Extended Warranty Options
Extended warranty coverage may be available for purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. Extended warranty terms, pricing, and coverage details are available through our customer service team or authorized distributors.
3. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:
3.1 User-Related Damage
- Physical damage from drops, impacts, or crushing
- Liquid damage from spills, submersion, or exposure to moisture
- Damage from extreme temperatures or environmental conditions
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from improper handling or storage
3.2 Unauthorized Modifications
- Attempted repairs by unauthorized service providers
- Hardware modifications or alterations
- Installation of unauthorized firmware or software
- Tampering with security seals or enclosures
- Use of unauthorized accessories or components
3.3 Misuse and Abuse
- Use beyond the product's intended specifications
- Commercial or industrial use of consumer-grade products
- Exposure to hazardous substances or environments
- Use in applications not recommended by DEBRIDGE

3.4 Consequential Damages
This Warranty does not cover:
- Loss of cryptocurrency or digital assets

- Business interruption or lost profits
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Third-party software or service issues
- Compatibility issues with third-party devices
4. Warranty Claim Process
4.1 Initial Contact
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact DEBRIDGE customer support through official channels. All warranty claims require:
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
- Product serial number and model information
- Detailed description of the defect or problem
- Digital photographs of the product and any visible damage
- Completion of warranty claim form if required
4.2 Diagnostic and Troubleshooting

5. Warranty Service Options

When feasible and cost-effective, DEBRIDGE will repair defective products using genuine replacement parts. Repaired products are covered by the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the repair completion date, whichever is longer.
5.2 Replacement Service
Products that cannot be repaired economically will be replaced with new or refurbished units of the same model or a functionally equivalent model. Replacement products are covered by the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
5.3 Credit or Refund
If repair or replacement is not possible due to product discontinuation or other factors, customers may receive store credit or refund based on the original purchase price, prorated for the time of use.
6. Service Timeframes
6.1 Standard Service
Standard warranty service typically requires 10-15 business days from receipt of the returned product. This timeframe includes inspection, diagnosis, repair or replacement, and return shipping.
6.2 Expedited Service
Expedited warranty service may be available for critical business applications or professional users. Expedited service reduces processing time to 3-5 business days and may incur additional fees for priority handling and shipping.
6.3 International Service
International warranty service may require additional time due to customs processing and international shipping requirements. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees associated with warranty returns.
7. Data Security and Privacy
7.1 Data Protection
DEBRIDGE understands the critical importance of cryptocurrency security and privacy. During warranty service:
- We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases
- All cryptographic data remains encrypted and inaccessible
- Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy
- Devices are reset to factory defaults before return when applicable
- All service personnel are bound by confidentiality agreements
7.2 Customer Responsibility
Before returning products for warranty service, customers should:

- Transfer cryptocurrency to alternative storage if possible
- Remove or secure any sensitive personal information

8. Warranty Transferability

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY DEBRIDGE LLC. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, DEBRIDGE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
10.1 Liability Limitations
DEBRIDGE's liability under this Warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described herein. IN NO EVENT SHALL DEBRIDGE BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
11. Legal Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
